Terms of the sale:
1- All sales are final. No refunds. Please be sure of your size for items such as shoes before purchasing as they cannot be returned.
2- Payment is by bank transfer for the full amount in British Pounds (GBP) only. I do not accept Paypal, credit cards, etc.. If incomplete funds are sent they will be returned less any transaction fees.
3- No holds. Not even for cats, grandmas, or truly awesome stories.
4- All sale prices include UK shipping unless otherwise specified. For international shipping please email me for a quote.
5- Until payment is received I will continue to offer the bag for sale.
5- I will only ship items fully insured.
6- I cannot be responsible for any transaction or customs fees.
PACKAGING- Where stated original packaging will be supplied. If not stated then the item may be sent in an alternative designer box or generic packaging. The main priority will be to keep the item safe.
AUTHENTICITY- All items were purchased new by myself directly from the boutiques. If you look through my videos you may even find the videos of me purchasing them.

- In the subject box write the name of the item(s) you are looking to purchase and your country for shipping.
- If you are requesting international shipping you will need to send me a post code so I can provide a shipping quote. If you wish to proceed with the purchase after reviewing the quote you will need to email me back to let me know as I will continue to accept other offers until payment is made.
- I will send you the payment details and request your full address for shipping. I may also request a telephone number for the courier.
- I will send all items out within 48 hours of payment being made.
If payment is not made after two hours I will move on to the next person. As I also run a business and am a mum I may not respond immediately to your email or may be dealing with someone else. I will try to respond to as many emails as possible but I apologise if I do not get back to you.
