Perhaps no other mental health issues are as common as worry. It inflicts a toll on nearly everyone at some point in their life. God knows we have concerns for the future; He knows we have needs; He knows the stress of life can cause us to be filled up with anxiety. In the midst of it all, he offers us a better way to live by turning our attention and trust towards Him.
