Rick Bayless Tangy, fresh and satisfying, this play on the classic combination of beer and fresh cider is great for those Sunday afternoon taco parties. It’s better with fresh-pressed cider—I buy mine from the farmers market—and fresh-made tamarind pulp (though I must say that when I’ve made this drink with Goya’s frozen tamarind pulp from my local Mexican grocery, the drink is still really good). I created this recipe for Mexico: One Plate at a Time Season 7, and after all these years, it's still a hit!
