Ephraim placed 3rd in No Gi. His first match was against a little girl who really appeared to know her stuff. He went out in a daze. He kind of just stood there, fell down, laid there, and got submitted although he resisted tapping to a choke for longer than I would have. He got a great pep talk from Kong before his second match and he had a game plan for that match. He went out and executed that game plan pretty much verbatim. He also competed in Gi at 80 Lbs (he weights 60) so his 3rd and 4th match were both against a much larger opponent named Shanice. He took 2nd :) Sorry about the silent parts (not that the audio special but it's strange when it cuts off every few clips) of the video. That was my lovely wife filming with the tablet. She covers the mic on accident with her hand.
