After so many people have mentioned that I needed to go to Begnaluru, I finally did it!
However, everybody said you go for the weather, not the food and I am not sure I believe that anymore after today.
Hygiene is a major topic when it comes to India. This place is one of the most hygienic restaurants I have been to in any country.

Right down the street, I got a taste of the most iconic Dosa of Bangalore, the Benne Dosa. This thing is a butter lovers dream and has become one of my favs.

Now, I saw a picture on google so that is why I headed to this next restaurant. It's called Paddu and they only do it in the evening. It sounds like it should taste like so many similar things such as a dosa, but the Paddu had a much delicious taste.

The most famous place you can eat Benne Dosa. This thing is saturated with butter and it can be a little overwhelming, but it is a must eat at location.
