My first try at doing a split after 4 years of no training at all!
(I had to change the song of the clip, so the song you hear is from the Youtube Sound Libray )
Since the Pandemic started haven't been doing any training almost, no pole dance, no gym, no stretching... since I don't have the necessary tools at home it has been kind of lacking.
so This Saturday (August 13, 2022) We celebrated one of my sisters' kids who turned 16... And Whilst celebrating my nephews it was at least 35 degrees outside.
And after games and fun, I apparently could just plop down In a split.. I haven't done a "full Split" in over 4 years! Haha!
I Almost still got it! LOL! I so need to get back into it though!
