This salad recipe is one of my favorites because it’s SO yummy and versatile! The full recipe is below - make it as-is OR add your own twists!
Want more protein? Add grilled chicken!
Want less dairy? Sub in a vinaigrette!
Want more veggies? Add some red peppers!
The possibilities are endless with this BLTA salad. Summer’s perfect dinner 💚
Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato + Avocado Salad:
Ingredients:
•16 oz pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled
•2 med heads green leaf lettuce, chopped, rinsed, and dried
•3 tomatoes, chopped
•2 large avocados, sliced
•1 cup croutons
•16 oz bottle light ranch dressing
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine lettuce and all ingredients except dressing.
2️⃣ Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
