DOJ Accused of Using FBI Informant to Spy on Proud Boys Defense Team in J6 Case

Radix Verum Lawyers for Proud Boys defendant Zachary Rehl have accused the Department of Justice of using FBI Informants to spy on and infiltrate the defense team. The lawyers go on to mention that there could be as many as a dozen undisclosed confidential human sources. They accused the FBI and DOJ of withholding information they are required by the court to produce as part of discovery obligations.
