Noodle stroganoff
30 lbs. ground beef
6 lbs. spaghetti noodle
Sauté:
6 cups onions
1 cup margarine
8 cups mushrooms
8 cups sour cream
2 tbsp. salt
5 cups grated cheese
Sauté onions in margarine until tender. Add beef, cook until brown. Stir in flour, salt, and mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cheese thoroughly. Serve with noodle and sprinkle with parsley.
Philly cheese steak eggrolls
38 cups beef cubed (raw)
7 large onions thinly sliced
7 peppers
6 cups cheese
Marinate beef overnight in:
1½ cups soya sauce
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. tenderizer
Sauté meat separately from veggies, when ready combine and drain. Cool and mix in cheese.
pkg eggroll wraps
Sauce for eggrolls
4 cups mayo
½ cup milk
8 tsp horseradish
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
make egg rolls and deep fry until golden brown.
