USB relay aka NES resetter

I needed a device for pulling the RESET pin low on my NES when developing. I felt like using a relay, controlled over USB via an Arduino Nano. Only problem was I only had 12 Volt relays, so I had to make a voltage doubler too. This breadboard prototype seems to work well, so I'll probably solder this one up and mount it inside the console :)
First upload in a while too. Clearly I'm still alive.
