Phoenix plans for big crowds with World Series, NASCAR, Final Four

FOX 10 Phoenix The city of Phoenix is planning for big crowds once the World Series reaches Arizona next week. City leaders spoke about how Phoenix has become the center of the sports world.
"It's an exciting time for our entire community and Diamondbacks fans and it comes at a time when we feel like the sports center of the country. This year, we hosted the Super Bowl and our region will also host the NASCAR Championships, welcoming 80,000 fans.. we welcome the Final Four," said Mayor Kate Gallego.
Game 3 and 4 of the World Series happens in downtown Phoenix on Oct. 30 and 31, and if necessary, Game 5 will be on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
