Court rules Trump has NO immunity from prosecution; the Supreme Court should REFUSE TO REVIEW CASE

The Constitution expressly provides that presidents case be criminally prosecuted EVEN IF they are first impeached. The Constitution also imposes a duty upon presidents to "faithfully execute the laws " of our nation.
In other words - the very language of the Consitution makes clear that presidents ARE NOT immune from prosecution for crimes they committed while in office.
The DC federal circuit court of appeals has unanimously ruled that Trump is not immune from prosecution for his January 6 crimes.
This video discusses why the US Supreme Court has NO legitimate reason to accept Trump's immunity claim for review, which would have the effect of delaying Trump's trial, perhaps beyond the 2024 presidential election.
