Father of victim sets up sting operation to catch predator neighbor

True Crime Daily In this episode of Crime Watch Daily Updates: Brandon Moore and his fearless daughter, Madalyn, who survived years of sexual abuse and molestation from their neighbor, Sean Foster. Brandon and his family viewed Sean as a close friend. They lived next door to each other, but so many secrets hid in the short distance between their two homes.
Brandon learned Sean was molesting Madalyn, so he set up his own sting operation and caught Sean in his house heading to the shower where he believed Madalyn would be. The entire incident was caught on camera. He was arrested and charged with burglary and several counts of indecency with a child.
He was convicted, and in April 2016, sentenced to 55 years in prison. He appealed the conviction and argued that special issues brought up during the trial caused him “egregious harm.” The appeals court affirmed the guilty conviction.
