Rezept für 2 Portionen:
Zubereitungszeit: 15 Minuten
Quellzeit: 12 h
Pro Portion: ca. 285 kcal
10g Eiweiß, 21 g Fett, 11 g Kohlenhydrate
Zutaten:
- 200 ml Mandeldrink
- 1 Msp. gemahlene Vanille
- 2 EL Kakaopulver
- 40 g Chia-Samen
- ca. 16 Blaubeeren für das Topping
Rezeptbeschreibung:
1. Mandeldrink, Vanille und Kakaopulver
verrühren. Chia-Samen unterrühren und die
Mischung ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen.
2. Diese Mandeldrink-Chia-Mischung nochmal
durchrühren, auf zwei Gläser verteilen und
abgedeckt über Nacht (ca. 8h) in den
Kühlschrank stellen und quellen lassen.
3. Am nächsten Tag etwas Kakaopulver über den
Pudding streuen und die Blaubeeren garnieren.
