Palestinian envoy breaks down in tears at UN court

The Telegraph A Palestinian envoy gave a tearful speech at the United Nation’s highest court during a plea to save children and allow Israelis and Palestinians to live side by side.
Riad Mansour, the Palestinian representative to the UN, called on the court to “confirm that Israel’s presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is illegal”.
