SABC News Some political leaders or members of political parties are known to be political hoppers. With every election, they jump political parties, perhaps because they are further down in the deployment list.
Well-known politicians in the Western Cape, however, say they jump because they are not indebted to political parties, but to their constituencies. For them, it's about service delivery.
