One additional http request is enough, to bypass instagram's additional security while registering. It’s nothing complicated and surprising, to find something like this. Additional to that, i also found out, that if you created a account on a device successfully ones, the additional security does not pop up again, so i created a script wich abused exactly that. With some phone id’s and proxy servers, hunderts of accounts can be generated in a few hours. I reported it in the facebook bug bounty program, but since this is a spam issue, it is not part of the program. I knew this when reporting, but i thought that they might not want fake accounts on their platform.
