🇩🇪 Zutaten für 15 Baozi:
Teig:
- 160 ml Wasser - 300 g Mehl
- 7 g Trockenhefe - 1 EL Sesamöl
- 1 TL Zucker
Gemüsefüllung:
- 2 EL Sesamöl - 150 g Sojasprossen
- 2 EL Sojasoße - Gemüsebrühe
- 1/2 Weißkohl - Salz
- 1/2 Lauch - Pfeffer
- 3 Karotten - Chilisalz
- 1 EL frischen Ingwer
🇬🇧 Rezeptbeschreibung:
1. Alle Zutaten für den Teig vermengen und zu einem Teig
verarbeiten. Mit einem feuchten Tuch abdecken und mind. 1h
gehen lassen.
2. Das Gemüse klein schneiden und mit Sesamöl, Sojasoße und
den Gewürzen anbraten.
3. Die Baozi falten, mit 4 EL Olivenöl ca. 2 Min. anbraten, wenden,
ca. 200 ml Wasser in die Pfanne geben, um Dampf zu
erzeugen. Sofort den Deckel auf die Pfanne und die Baozi für
ca. 10 Minuten dämpfen.
! Es bleibt bei dieser Menge an Zutaten viel Füllung als Beilage
übrig. Falls dies nicht erwünscht ist, nur 1/3 des angegebenen
Gemüses verwenden.
Ingredients for 15 Baozi:
Dough:

- 1/2 white cabbage - salt

- 3 carrots - chili salt
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
Recipe description:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and form a dough
process. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for at least 1 hour
let go.
2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and season with sesame oil, soy sauce and
