The end of the Steamworks is fast approaching, and Clover receives an urgent letter from Martlet. While Clover is curious to see why she'd want to meet them at "UG Apartments", Flowey is more skeptical. For the final time, Axis comes in to try and stop Clover. Giving them a garbage can shield, he is finally able to engage them in battle. Using their shield, Clover is forced to deflect Axis' energy balls back to him to drain his battery power.
