INGREDIENTS:
Steak:
~1.75 lbs of Skirt Steak
Meat Seasoning Blend
Salt (if needed)
Cooking Spray
Spanish Rice:
Cooking Oil
1 cup of Rice
1 can of V8 (you should use Tomato Sauce)
2 cups of Chicken Stock
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Beans:
Cooked Pinto Beans (retain Bean Juice)
Lard
Salt
A little bit of Bean Juice
Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Vegetables:
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Poblano
1 White Onion
1 Squash
1 Zucchini
Cooking Spray
Salt
Pepper
Serve with Tortillas, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Pickled Jalapenos and Carrots, Hot Sauce
