it is about action, bold action, starting for oneself to set step by step actions. We could call it a training in courage. With consistency in the training..we perceive ourselves different.
Doing something bold and good for ourselves, to detach it from the “outcome”, repeating it and becoming better in the skill what we call #selfconfidence.
