Giving space to each other, holding the space for each other, for emotions that want to be expressed in conversations. Energy in motion.
I admit, I used to jump into speaking „Uplifting“words quite fast- even when actually not asked for it.
I was following an old pattern of my childhood, saying to myself: „do now something, say something, offer an solution, make them feel good again“, this felt so heavy to me.

There was a subtile vibe of fear hidden, a twistest and vicious circle related to the topic -responsibility, I am afraid they not gonna make it, faith in people (and myself), allowing emotions showing up“.

Between the word of the speaker and a listening ear- a „space“ can grow and exists, where wonderful and magical things are to find- wisdom, peace and love, a feeling of being heart and seen.
