Daswell Machinery China DASWELL DE21000 Crawler Excavator is a heavy-duty construction machine for digging, lifting, and moving large amounts of earth or materials.

High-load and efficient work device
●Strengthened boom and arm are applied. Connecting parts are made of high street low carbon-cast steel;
● Groove welding is applied for boom and arm, decreasing the welding stress, and enhancing the welding strength, which be detected by the supersonic device;
● Oily resin gaskets are applied for clearance adjustment, which reduces the wear of the substrate of structure and noise of operation;
● Special high-density copper-based self-lubricating bearings are applied for key positions, which reduce friction and resist wear.

● New normally closed type locking device improves braking safety at ramp;
● Built-in overload relief valve prevents overload, shock pressure, and the emergence of impact load on stopping traveling operation;
● The side beam of the rotating platform adopts an enlarged section height to improve strength and rigidity. It is carefully arranged and the center of gravity of the whole machine is reasonably adjusted to enhance the stability of the whole machine when it is working.
