The solo from one of my original compositions. I used to be a total shred head in my teens and thought that speed was all that mattered and some of my early solos reflected that.
I then grew up and realised the song is king and you have to serve the song not the musician.
This meant my playing developed into more about feel and melody than technique and speed. This solo is the result of that journey among many others. Enjoy
