Christian Yoga with RuahSpace In this Christian Yoga Yin class, part 1 of our Yin is In series, we invite you into postures designed to help you get a deep stretch while also going deeper with prayer, what you are feeling, and your relationship with God.

Yin is best practiced in the morning, but can absolutely be enjoyed any time of day. It's also great for beginners and advanced Christian yogi's. Honor what you are feeling and listen to what God may be saying!
