Not sure what she meant by “zero mobilization”, maybe mobilization to the front line, which is often called a “zero zone” in Russian.. I doubt that there will be a mass mobilization before the elections. But once and if Putin is elected with no protests, no real opponents (like Boris Nadezhdin from the previous video: https://youtu.be/oWMqRL_ZlE8), then there might be a huge mobilization in Russia. But we’ll see.. There is still time for everything to change.
