Welcome to our 4K longplay of 'Knights of the Round', a classic arcade game developed by Capcom in 1991. This playthrough showcases the full game, as we step into the roles of King Arthur, Sir Lancelot, and Sir Perceval, on a mission to fulfill the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.
'Knights of the Round' is a side-scrolling beat 'em up that features an action role-playing video game-like level advancement system. As we progress through the game, our characters are automatically upgraded with new weapons and armor. The game's seven stages are filled with a variety of generic enemies and bosses, all standing in our way to fulfill our destiny.
The gameplay is similar to other Capcom beat 'em ups, such as 'Final Fight', but with a unique blocking ability that is vital for survival. We also have a punch button and a kick button, and by pressing both together, we can perform stronger attacks. At various points in the game, we get to ride a horse, adding an extra layer of excitement to the gameplay.
