The Herrngiersdorfer Schlossbrauerei, located in Herrngiersdorf, Bavaria, draws inspiration from the Hallertau, the world's largest hop-growing area, to create a modern interpretation of a classic pilsner. The brewery incorporates four renowned hop varieties—Perle, Hallertau Tradition, Hallertau Mittelfrüher, and Saphir—into their Hallertau Hopfen-Cuvée. This results in a fragrant, fresh, dry-hopped pilsner. Cheers!
