Trail Grazers We start with shredded chicken saved from making chicken broth, add slow-cooked chicken thighs in BBQ sauce and simmer for six hours and we have the makings for fantastic BBQ chicken sandwiches. When the BBQ meat is freeze dried, we have the benefit of shelf stable storage and meal prep that takes very little time. A great combination for taking on the trail!
