NEWS9 live Nestlé Controversy: After an investigative report highlighted that Nestlé’s baby-food products, which are sold in low-income countries like India, have added sugar content, the company has issued a clarification. It said that the food formulation for children below 18 months is done on a global basis. It added that FSSAI already permits 13.6 grams of added sugar per 100 grams of feed and that Nestlé usage of added sugar is within permissible limits.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk visited China to overcome regulatory hurdles which were preventing Tesla from introducing its self-driven features in China. For the same, Tesla will partner with Baidu for in-car mapping and navigation features. Elon Musk plans to enable Full Self Driving features in China, the second largest market for the US automaker brand.
Mahindra & Mahindra is all set to launch the Mahindra XUV 3XO today, a completely refurbished, facelifted version of Mahindra's existing XUV300. The latest model is expected to have 6 airbags, and a 360-degree camera, amongst other feature upgrades.
Private banks are currently facing a surge in I.T. expenses as the number of digital transactions are escalating. Recently, the Reserve Bank of India took action on the Kotak Mahindra Bank over the outages in its core banking system. Consequently, the bank has been barred from onboarding new customers digitally as well as from issuing fresh credit cards.
