Kanosuke Japanese Single Malt Whisky wird mithilfe dreier individueller Pot Stills destilliert. Jeweils in der Form des Halses und im Winkel des Lyne-Arms verschieden. Der Kanosuke Single Malt reift in American Oak Casks, die mit dem gefeierten „Mellowed Kozuru“ Shochu, traditionellem japanischem Branntwein des Mutterunternehmens, vorbelegt waren.
