Three years before SDAQ&A began podcasting etc, I invited Des to speak for us in Cooranbong.
He and Gillian graciously accepted my invitation and the rest is history! This is the afternoon meeting. The first ever LIVE SDAQ&A program. (Note: the morning meeting was in conjunction with NOW, my other Facebook group that began primarily to support equal rights and opportunities for Adventists within adventism).
I'm currently away for a week. Which is the reason why i've dug into our video vault to find you these two treasures. Enjoy!
Note: The full meetings are already available on youtube. This part one and two ‘vault’ series feature only the Des Ford part of the programs.
PS - I left the Church 2 months after this meeting. But in no way because of this meeting. Many thought it was the reason. So, i'm pleased to clarify. No. Though I love the Fords, they had no influence on my leaving the Adventist Church.
