Well, it felt like 200 miles for Pop. Ethan, as you all know, is homeschooled. One of his classes is PE or physical education which requires a certain amount of exercise each week. This must be documented and sent in to receive credit. Ethan’s summary for his teach is as follows: I did a “cross country” run. Really, I just ran around the perimeter of our property. Before, however, I stretched to minimize the possibility of straining or pulling a muscle. I then ran with my Pop, but he failed and started walking and cheated and cut across parts. I did not stop, but my heart was racing, and I had some shortness of breath. This was aerobic activity because it was consistent and kept my heart rate at an elevated level for a long period of time. Afterward, I walked for a short period of time to cool down then sat on the back porch to relax and enjoy the nice breeze. That pretty much covers it!
