, @bunnahabhain stand was one of the most charistmatic and expressive people I've met!! Honestly, it was such a pleasure to talk to him about whisky and to hear his passion for the brand. If he had a bottle for sale right then I probably would have bought it based upon the passion he spoke about the brand. 😅
Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but if anyone works with him, make sure to pass on this good commendation to his boss because THIS is the passion we love to see in whisky.
My pick from the stand was the 21 year old Tobermory. It's bottled at just over 46% abv but for me it was very 'hot', I regularly drink cask whisky over this abv but for this dram I actually felt like it needed more water adding to it. A fantastic drop!
