Welcome or welcome back! I'm so happy you're here. In my Sunday reset video, I'm doing my usual Sunday routine starting with my power yoga class. I had a surprise visit with one of my closest friends. There's literally nothing 10 minutes with a good friend can't fix. Am I right? I got home to handle my to-do list but in the end, the best advice I can share for an effective Sunday Reset is to actually make time for REST.
