This is the Fatality music from the arcade version of Mortal Kombat II complete with the Fatality "moaning" sound effect. This is easily the best Fatality music in all of Mortal Kombat in my honest opinion. The "moaning" sound effect featured on the "Audio Tour" track on the official soundtrack isn't true to the arcade version, so I decided to post this. This music was composed and performed by Midway sound programmer Dan Forden.
