Today I'm going to show you a delicious and easy sugar-free poppy seed cake!
If you still want something sweet, you can pour some maple syrup over the finished cake.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of cottage cheese
- 100 g soft wheat semolina
- ½ packet of baking powder
- 30 grams of poppy seeds
- 2 eggs
- 7 grams of cinnamon
- 1 apple
- 1 squeezed lemon
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
