7 year old Madison lands her Axel for the first time!

Jennifer Rapkine Madison landed her axel for the first time at 5:00PM on Friday, March 13th, the exact minute the rink was closing due to COVID-19. I just love her celebratory dance - she was SO proud of herself and she had been working towards that moment for months. We didn't know at the time, but that was the last time she would be able to skate for ????? As of this upload (April 29th, 2020), we are still on Safer at Home orders here in California, and we have a few weeks to go still. Hopefully she can get right back on track when she can return to the ice!
