Our energy is our greatest resource. Fear and worry will drain our energy, like water draining from a tub. Free will is our ability to choose who/what we are plugging into for energy and sustenance. Choose wisely!
The battlefield is the mind. Who will be the conductor of the brain train? We get to choose. In your human form, we are inclined toward fear/doubt/worry (the fruits of the culture). We must be intentional to capture our thoughts and turn the keys over to the Fruits of the Spirit.
Every cell in our body graves the familiar neuro chemistry, even when it is not helpful. We are training our cells to clean the chemicals of fear and fill them with Peace.
