In order to maintain her youthful looks, Sila confesses she has spent over $150,000 on plastic surgery including multiple boob jobs, face lift and tummy tuck. Sila has a great relationship with her three children and two grandchildren - but her family doesn't approve of her career choice. "My kids hate that I'm an escort, but they're not paying the bills," Sila added.
