Anlässlich ihres 15-jährigen Bestehens bringt die australische Starward Distillery einen ganz besonderen Whisky auf den Markt. Der Starward Vitalis soll mit seinem Namen an den Firmengründer David Vitale erinnern. Der australische Single Malt Whisky vereint die Reifung in sechs verschiedenen Fasstypen: Ex-Red-Wine-, First- und Second-Fill-Apera-, Ex-Tawny-, Ex-Bourbon- und Ex-Rum-Fässer. Er reift vier bis zehn Jahre im sehr wechselhaften Klima von Melbourne. Der Starward Vitalis kommt ohne Kältefiltration und ohne Färbung mit einer Stärke von 52,0% Vol. aus.
