Amazon will pay over $30 million to settle Federal Trade Commission claims to the public and allegations that Alexa Divisions are violating users' privacy. Latest A lawsuit filed by Department of Justice on behalf of the FTC said Wednesday Amazon violated Children's Online Privacy Protection Act by protecting voice and geolocation information from young users for years despite parents' requests to delete data.
