Recipe measurement :
1st layer - digestive biscuits - 2 packet , butter 1.4 cup - fridge 1 hour
2nd layer - amul fresh cream - 200 ml
cream cheese - 200 ml
condensed milk - 1 can
mango puree from 2 medium sized mango
gelatin 1and 1/2 tbsp + 2 1/2 tbsp hot water
fridge for 5 hours
3rd layer
mango juice - 150 ml
gelatin - 1 tbsp + 1and half tbsp hot water , fridge for 8 hours
Note : use agar agar or china grass instead of gelatine. available online as well.
