Donald Trump stands indicted of dozens of federal felony crimes, including multiple violations of our nation's espionage laws. Trump is a danger to the community and to American democracy.
There are thousands of people who are sitting in pretrial detention because a judge concluded that they are a danger to the community - people who are FAR less dangerous to the community than Donald Trump.
Is our criminal justice system up to the task of prosecuting a criminal former president? Will the law be applied fairly and even-handedly? Or will Donald Trump receive special treatment even though he is a demonstrated danger to the community?
