The Little mermaid was far from a success for Disney as it is yet to make a profit, and has pretty poor reviews online from top critics and audiences. Hollywood has taken many measures to support this film by accusing the negative reviews of being racist or sexist, and also faking positivity for the film. But now Disney in an attempt to save the image of The Little Mermaid have announced they are making a series based off Halle Bailey's Little Mermaid.
