Tripura: Adult movie-watching issue sparks ruckus in Assembly between BJP and Tipra Motha MLAs

The Economic Times A high-voltage drama was witnessed in Tripura State Assembly on July 7. A ruckus broke out between the MLAs of the BJP and Tipra MOTHA party during the Assembly session. Opposition party leader, Animesh Debbarma raised a question on the adult movie-watching issue by BJP MLA, Jadav Lak Nath. The Speaker of the House said that he would get back to him after some other important issues. However, the MLAs of opposition parties started agitating and shouting slogans. Five MLAs from the house were suspended.
