Mandarin Fresh Greens Salad 🥗
Ingredients:
-16 oz pkg salad blend mix
-15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
-1/2 (3.5 oz) pkg honey roasted sliced almond salad topping
-1/3 cup chopped red onion
-4 oz pkg crumbled goat cheese
-3/4 cup poppy seed dressing
-freshly ground black pepper
-dried cranberries and fresh blueberries, optional
Directions:
1️⃣ In a large salad bowl, toss together greens, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, red onion, and desired amount of goat cheese.
2️⃣ Right before serving, drizzle dressing over salad and top with freshly ground pepper.
3️⃣ Add other optional toppings, if desired.
