Early morning workouts hit different

Angie Marie In addition to the 75 soft challenge, I’ve been working towards waking up earlier than my kids to workout!
It’s taken me a while to get to this point. Whether or not my kids sleep through the night or I do, it’s always hard lol It’s a love/hate relationship but I admit I feel great when I accomplish an early morning workout!
