I've done a few of these over on TikTok, but another whisky I'd recommend for a bourbon drinker would be a Sherry Cask finished whisky, preferably PX or Oloroso. Juicy, fruity and sweet, I think it's a great style of cask finish for a bourbon drinker to try.
I particularly like this PX finished blend from Old Perth whisky , so much so that I actuslly bought 2 bottles, the FIRST TIME I've ever done that!
