FRANCE 24 English CIA director William Burns, Israeli spy chief David Barnea and Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Egyptian officials in Cairo on Tuesday "to discuss a truce in Gaza", Egyptian media reported. The meeting comes a day after President Joe Biden said the US was working on a deal for the release of more hostages and a six-week “period of calm” in Gaza.
